Quorum Joins Co-Auto Co-Operative Inc. in Ontario

CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwire – March 31, 2010) – Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (Quorum) (TSX VENTURE:QIS) and Co-Auto Co-Operative Inc. (Co-Auto) of Woodbridge, Ontario, announced today that Quorum has been selected as the exclusive supplier of Dealership Management Systems (DMS) to Co-Auto members. Effective April 1, Quorum will offer its flagship DMS, XSellerator™, through the Co-Auto purchasing channel.

Co-Auto has over 1,200 dealership members, representing all brands, and provides them with an extensive range of top-quality products and services at a significant savings by utilizing its collective purchasing power.
