(TSX-V:QIS) (Quorum) announces that it has changed its previously announced 2018 Earnings Results release date to allow additional time for its auditors to complete their audit of Quorum’s annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2018.
Quorum will now issue its 2018 Earnings Results after markets close on Monday, April 29, 2019, rather than on April 25, 2019. The associated conference call will take place Tuesday, April 30, 2019, beginning at 07:00 MT (09:00 ET), at which time Maury Marks, President and Chief Executive Officer and Marilyn Bown, Chief Financial Officer will provide a presentation of the 2018 Earnings Results followed by a question and answer period.
