CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – April 27, 2015) – Quorum Information Technologies (Quorum) (TSX VENTURE:QIS) released Q1 2015 composite results today for its dealership customers that are using the ground-breaking Communicator integrated text and email tool, and Make More Money (M3) toolkits available within Quorum's dealership and customer management system, XSellerator™. The ten (10) M3 toolkits are specific sets of process, software functionality and training that are designed to maximize dealership revenue streams, particularly in parts and service. Chief among them are the fully-integrated and inclusive Vehicle Inspection Process (VIP), which encompasses the entire service flow starting with the customer appointment, through advisor and technician inspections and quoting additional work required.
Communicator has continued to gain widespread adoption and high use among dealerships using Quorum's modern DMS. In March, 2015, messages sent through Communicator surpassed 250,000. This figure has significantly increased month-over-month since Quorum's last announcement of exceeding 100,000 messages in July of 2014 – a 150% increase in 8 months!
