The online functionality is provided by Quorum's partner, Total Customer Connect (TCC), a premier provider of customer care software and services for automotive dealers. Quorum's DMS, XSellerator™, will feature the ability to directly receive online service appointments scheduled through Total Customer Connect's web-based system on a dealership's own website. The jointly provided functionality is immediately available for all Quorum's customers across Canada and the U.S. that are running version 4.79 or higher of XSellerator.
