Quorum Announces Increased Service Revenue for Dealerships

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA–(Marketwired – Jan. 21, 2015) – Quorum Information Technologies (Quorum) (TSX VENTURE:QIS) announced today it has completed an analysis of the results from its first group of dealerships that have been fully trained on its ground-breaking Make More Money (M3) toolkits available within Quorum's dealership and customer management system, XSellerator™. The ten (10) M3 toolkits are specific sets of process, software functionality and training that are designed to maximize dealership revenue streams, particularly in parts and service. Chief among them are the fully-integrated and inclusive Vehicle Inspection Process (VIP), which encompasses the entire service flow starting with the customer appointment, through advisor and technician inspections and quoting additional work required.

Upon analyzing the financial results from the thirty-three (33) dealerships that have been trained in this process, Quorum revealed that these dealerships were generating an average of over $2,000,000 in closed service quotes each month collectively (the exact monthly average is $62,859) across the last six (6) months of 2014.

“When we announced the M3 toolkits at this time last year, we knew that the processes would help dealerships, but the results from this one M3 toolkit surprised even us,” commented Maury Marks, Quorum's President and CEO. “These dealerships have enjoyed documented real sustained increases in their service and parts business just from taking advantage of the tools that we provide.”

Marks added, “However, the real beauty of this is that, aside from some nominal cost to properly train their personnel on the use of the toolkits, there is no additional cost to the dealership because we provide the tools as a part of their XSellerator DMS. In many cases, these dealers can replace expensive standalone systems they are using and save even more money! And, since our M3 toolkits are embedded within the DMS, the processes are seamless and do not require integration or jumping between systems.”

Existing Quorum customers or dealerships interested in getting a glimpse at this remarkable technology can visit Quorum's booth (#4465N) at the NADA convention in San Francisco this month for a demonstration of the XSellerator DMS and the embedded M3 toolkits. The company is even offering free gift cards to qualified dealerships that do so.
