Communicator, an innovative and ground-breaking feature for dealerships to communicate with their customers through email and text, includes automated messaging based on the scheduling and completion of tasks within XSellerator such as scheduled service or sales appointments, completed repair order work, and special order parts arrival. Communicator also allows for ad-hoc messaging between dealership personnel and its customers, including electronic discussions on service work approval and scheduling a shuttle pick-up.
