CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwire – Jan. 11, 2011) – Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:QIS) announced today that it has launched the Dealer Resource Center, the next step in Quorum's commitment to continually improve customer communication, support and satisfaction. The Dealer Resource Center (DRC) is a Microsoft SharePoint-based website, easily accessed by Quorum's dealership customers anywhere they have an Internet connection. Quorum delivers its dealership management system (DMS), XSellerator™, and related services to automotive dealerships throughout North America.
The new online support resource replaces a previous site that was accessible only through the dealerships' Quorum server and offered limited information. The DRC gives our customers much more flexibility and a broader range of support options. The primary objectives of the DRC include:
- A source of easy to access, current, helpful information to XSellerator customers
- Fully searchable content including a Knowledge Base and quick “How Tos”
- Intuitive navigation and information organization
- Quick “self-help” to get answers “on the fly” rather than having to stop and make a call
- Expandable for future functionality
The DRC is a continuous “work in progress” and content will be constantly added to keep up with new features of XSellerator and added helpful information from Quorum's Support Center. The next iteration will include the Q Store, an online “shopping” centre for training, peripherals, forms, and other items that customers require from Quorum which will help simplify the purchasing process for customers.
