Quorum and Credit Bureau Connection Announce Strategic Relationship and Launch Industry-Leading Integration

CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwire – Sept. 8, 2010) – Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:QIS) (Quorum) and Credit Bureau Connection Inc. (CBC) announced today that they have entered into an exclusive strategic relationship, and have launched ground breaking integration between Quorum's dealer and customer management system, XSellerator™ and CBC's state-of-the-art credit bureau integration services. The result will bring tremendous value to Quorum's dealership customers.

The integration provided between the systems will offer Quorum's dealers immediate access to all three credit bureaus operating in the US and Canada at highly competitive rates. In addition the dealers will be able to route credit applications to the RouteOne, DealerTrack and CUDL finance networks via CBC and take advantage of their cutting-edge automated compliance resources. This functionality is entering pilot testing in US and Canada in October and will be available to Quorum's dealers in the 4^th quarter. DealerTrack integration will not be available for Canadian dealers initially.
